--------------------------------
This upcoming MayDay, Friday May 1st, Art Whino Gallery (HERE) will be having a group show featuring works from artists on the theme of Globalization and World Issues. PaperMonster will be featured in this show and my piece focuses on many things such as the economy, fear of loss, and being resiliant in times of change or danger. Make sure to stop at the show to check the piece out for yourself. You can really sit down and look at this piece for quite some time and see all of the different stories.

"One of my major goals is to inspire and motivate new people to do what I did in taking a risk and an active role to ultimately share what they can create to the world."-PaperMonster

"With each painting that travels around the world I can’t physically be there next to it at all times to explain what it means but I want the audience to create their own stories and interpretations of what they see and share their love for my work with other people. One of my favorite things is to receive emails or messages from people that truly love what I do and share it with students they teach or their friends. That is when you know that your art has power and really matters."-PaperMonster

--------------------------------------
The "Draw" show was this past weekend over at the Shooting Gallery in SF. The drawings ran from the floor to the ceiling and if you have not had a chance to stop by make sure to do so. Check out some images below:::::

INSPIRATION: Pose2/Mr. Max Moses

--------------------------

As artists we all are fans or look up to certain people/artists as role models or great friends. We obtain inspiration from words, music, and our visual surroundings. Through each painting we learn and grow and feed off each others creativity. Certain people make you want to push further and take your work to that next level and for me Pose2 (Mr. Max Moses) is one of the many artists that has had a major impact on my art and my drive to continue to paint. Check out this fantastic video below on Pose2. He really breaks it down at that 15min mark. Enjoy
