About Yuri's Night!!!::::::::::::::::::::::::
April 12, 1961 Russian Cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin embarked on the historic first manned space flight. Twenty years later on 12 April 1981, the US launched the first space shuttle flight. We think that’s something worth celebrating! Every year on April 12th Yuri’s Night parties are held all around the world; it’s like the St. Patrick’s Day or Cinco de Mayo for space.

Join us for an OUT OF THIS WORLD experience. Dress yourself in your best celestial attire (prizes awarded). See an art exhibition of other-worldly magnitude. Enjoy space-themed libations by Stoli Vodka. Experience heavenly bodies through cosmic burlesque performances. Space out with a Russian-style, post-punk band. Enjoy, and temporarily elevate yourself from an earthly existence.

Featuring space-themed artwork by: Alan Defibaugh, Arabella Proffer-Vendetta, Bryan C, Brandi Read, Chris Bishop, Jared Davis, Jason Snyder, Julie Steiner, Olivier Defaye, Papermonster, Scott G Brooks, Sean Welker, Shawn Huddleston, and Todd Gardner.

Performances by Miss Saturn, Gilded Lily Burlesque, L’il Dutch, and Landless Theatre Company.

2 Solo Shows (Aug/Oct)!! More News/Previews

-----------------------------------------------------------
It has been a busy couple of weeks. I (PaperMonster) have been putting a bunch of things together for several shows all around the world. I have also received some great news. What is it????? I will be having two solo shows. The first will be an amazing show for Dirty Pilot (www.dirtypilot.com) in August. Dirty Pilot is an incredible online gallery which showcases a huge amount of artist from all over the world. They currently have two shows running and you should definitely check them out. I have a huge amount of respect for the site and the hard work that has gone into it. There are many good finds for sale from the art world. In addition to the Dirty Pilot show, I will be having another solo show in October in Lancaster, PA. It will be for Metropolis Gallery/Store ( wwwmetropolis-store.com) which is an incredibly unique gallery in Pennsylvania. They currently have a show featuring works from AKO. The gallery showcases unique furniture, art toys, and a huge range of art products. Both locations are incredible and I am so honored to work with them. NOW TIME FOR WORK. Here is a sneak preview of projects which are coming up. I warped the images for a nice effect. So secretive.!! Enjoy The photos!!

Supertouch’s favorite liability STUNTBOY, aka ERIK FOSS took his FUSE GALLERY freakshow on the road with co-conspirator and goth fashionplate CURSE MACKEY when their “Draw Show” hit London at D*FACE’s own STOLEN SPACE GALLERY last week. Featuring a stellar lineup of artists including Barry McGee, KAWS, Eric White, Mark Gonzales, J Penry, Scott Campbell, Tim Biskup, Christian Fagerlund, Kat Von D, Matt Leines, Jeff Ladouceur, Travis Louie, Gibby Haynes and a hundred others, the show drew a stellar lineup of Fogtown’s hipster illuminati who queued up for the better part of the nite for a glimpse at the filthy American’s 2D extravaganza which, due to popular demand, will now be on show until March 30th. March UPDATES: Tees, Shows, Projects (ADM Skateboards!!)

--------------------------------------------------------
March is here and it is time to release a new Tee Shirt design. This new shirt is titled "Fury" and it is one of a new set of stencils and paintings that I am working on. There are several new shows in the works including the one group show this Friday at StolenSpace (London) as well as an amazing project working with ADM Skateboards on some skate deck designs. Their story as a company inspirational. ADM gives 5% of their sales to skatepark development and drug awareness programs. Add them on Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/admskateboards) or check them out as my top friends. Catch them here too: www.admskateboards.com/ to see how the company was founded.
